Fill a shaker bottle with 6 ounces (200 milliliters) of room temperature/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops of Vitargo®S2 and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Add an additional 16 to 20 ounces (500-600 milliliters) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
