On the other hand, for those wanting to bulk up on lean muscle, or for those who already consume a lot of calories through food, the Muscle Building Stacks with lean protein will be more your style. These stacks are based around leaner protein powders, that deliver some calories, but with the emphasis in quality protein. 

 

These protein powders can be used pretty much any time of the day or night. However, you will have to assess your tolerance when taking them directly before training, as some people do not do well exercising on a full stomach. For best results, these protein powders should plug the gaps between your meals, ensuring that calories and protein are constantly being injected into your system, supporting muscle protein synthesis, and boosting up your energy levels, ready for the next take-no-prisoners training session. Ideally, it is best to consume quality protein food and calories (fats and carbs) every 2 ½ to 3 hours for a mass gains program.
