Same day dispatch on orders placed before 12pm


Should your order be incorrect or the items be faulty or damaged please follow the following proceedure;

1. Call us immediately on 1300 211 161 and explain the situation, giving us your order number and details.

2. If your order is damaged we may ask for photographic evidence or proof.

3. Depending on the circumstances we may send you a replacement or give you a credit for the faulty item.

4. Typically if we send a replacement for a damaged item we will email you a return (Pre-Paid) label and have you drop the item to Austrlia Post for return.

5. We will act as quickly as reasonably able to resolve your issue.
