To get started, register by the cut-off dates, send in a picture, and make sure you've read all the rules and regulations.

The support team is as committed to your body-transformation as you are, and a range of check-in dates are designed to keep you focused. At each check in you'll be required to submit a photograph and give your weight. Check-in dates are as follows: Week 1 opening Monday 9 February – 12:00am AEST and closing Monday 2 March – 11:59pm AEST; Week 4, opening Wednesday 18 March– 12:00am AEST and closing, Monday 30 March – 11:59pm AEST; Week 8, opening Wednesday 15 April – 12:00am AEST and closing Monday 27 April – 11:59pm AEST.

It's not just structure that you'll be provided with, but also a host of tips and strategies for helping you to shed those kilos and bulk up. As part of Max's Muscle-Up Challenge you will get lots of tips and tricks to help you get and stay on track and all free of charge. It's everything you need to get fit, reduce fat, and get the life you have always dreamed of.

There's a huge prize pool up for grabs, including a 5 star Luxury holiday and a 6-month Max’s Sponsorship. The top 10 finalists will experience an all-expenses paid weekend, including a photo shoot and television interviews, as well as professional training sessions at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

If you're ready to muscle up, register for the Challenge between Monday the 9th of February 2015 and midnight (AEDST) on Sunday 22nd February 2015. A few points to note: there is the option to register as a private contender, which means your profile won't be seen and you won't have access to the prizes. You must also be prepared to use Max's Supplements to be a contender, and you must be over 16 years of age and live in Australia.
