How to Use Essential Amino Energy + Electrolytes

To use as an INTRA-WORKOUT Mix 2 scoops (9.5g) into 300ml cold water and consume during exercise.  To use as a PRE-WORKOUT consume 2-4 scoops with 300-600ml cold water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. If you are unsure of your caffeine tolerance begin with 1 scoop for all uses, and consume before lunch time.
