Horleys Replace Hydration is an isotonic sports drink scientifically formulated to rapidly replenish fluid, electrolytes and energy to optimise performance and delay onset of fatigue.
Being isotonic Horleys Replace Hydration provides faster fluid transfer between cells to maintain better fluid balance making it ideal for all sports people. Horleys Replace Hydration provides electrolytes to assist absorption and replace those lost in sweat. Containing more sodium to promote fluid retention and encourage drinking along with 7.5% carbohydrates to stimulate gastric emptying (fullness may inhibit adequate fluid consumptoion) and superior hydration to plain water Horleys Replace Hydration is the ultimate sports drink to replenish fluid, electrolytes and energy lost during exercise.
Horleys Replace Hydration Directions:
Add 1 scoop (16g) to 200ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. To make 1 litre use 5 scoops (80g). Once prepared store in the fridge. Use Horleys Replace Hydration before, during and after sport or heavy physical activity lasting longer than 60 minutes.
