Fusion Health Vitex contains 1000mg of Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) which promotes a healthy menstrual cycle and helps reduce the frequency and severity of premenstrual symptoms (PMS) including mood swings, breast tenderness, fluid retention, bloating, and pelvic congenstion with menstrual (period) pain.
Fusion Health Vitex also assists in the management of mild to moderate acne in both males and females. For heavy bleeding and period pain Fusion Health Vitex can complement the action of Fusion Health Women's Balance.
Fusion Health Vitex Directions:
PMS - take 1-2 tablets once daily.
Acne - take 1-2 tablets once daily.
An extra dose may be taken to enhance results or as professionally advised.
