Scivation XTEND Ripped is a branched chain amino acids (BCAA) formulation, loaded with electrolytes, fat burners and other amino acids to help you get the most out of your exercise regime or weight-loss program. The three BCAAs—leucine, isoleucine and valine—are three of the nine essential amino acids that we must either obtain from our diet or supplementation. The BCAA leucine, found in XTEND Ripped, has been identified as a major trigger for mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), the stimulus for muscle protein synthesis that tells the muscle to grow or heal (1). This does not mean that by taking a BCAA product you are going to look like a less green version of the hulk. It simply means that your muscles will respond and adapt much more efficiently to the type of sports or exercise that you are undertaking. And remember, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn at rest. That’s right, at rest! Though activity is recommended! Individuals who undergo weight-loss programs have a greater chance of keeping that weight off if they have built, or even just maintained, their muscle mass.

Scivation XTEND Ripped also contains the electrolytes potassium, sodium and chloride, which tend to get quite depleted whenever we lose sweat from the body. Nothing can impact exercise performance more negatively than dehydration, so ensuring that your water bottle is topped up with XTEND Ripped is a must (2). In addition to this, the key fat burners conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), L-Carnitine and cayenne fruit extract are included in this formulation, each playing their own part in elevating your metabolism and helping you to achieve your goals. CLA is actually a fatty acid (or lipid) that is naturally found in animal fats, such as butter and meat. However, dietary levels have declined over the last few decades. This specialised little compound assists with fat burning and even muscle building. Most of us have by now heard of the dipeptide (two amino acids linked together) L-Carnitine, which we naturally synthesise in our own bodies from the essential amino acids methionine and lysine. This dipeptide found in XTEND Ripped shunts specific fatty acids into the cell to be used as energy, and may assist with weight loss and even support energy levels. Additionally, cayenne enhances thermogenesis and elevates our metabolic rate.

Glutamine, found in XTEND Ripped, is depleted during intense bouts of exercise, while citrulline assists with blood flow to our muscle tissue, thereby supporting recovery and performance.

Scivation’s XTEND Ripped can help you boost exercise performance and recovery and assist you with your weight-loss or weight-maintenance goals. Try XTEND Ripped today and get the nutritional advantage.
