These new Protein Stix taste great and are not too heavy. If you're a big eater, the 70g size might be more for you. Based on the fact that these protein stix taste awesome and are a legitimately high protein low carbohydrate snack, they have become extremely popular in sports nutrition and fitness cirles. These do diifer from most low carbohdrate snacks in that they are not dense, are easier to chew and are quite light and fluffy, like a Milkway style consistency.
