Wreckage Pre-Workout is a formidable addition to the innovative MusclePharm range. With a blend of amino acids, herbal extracts and nootropics, you can be sure that Wreckage will have you itching for one more rep, and adding extra sets to the end of your session.
Each serve of MusclePharm Wreckage Pre-Workout contains 5 grams of L-Citrulline, which is a specific nitric oxide enhancing amino acid. Research has shown that this amino acid can boost bench press volume by more than 50%, whilst reducing delayed onset muscle soreness by 40% 1,2. Citrulline has also demonstrated effects on boosting leg press volume.
Many of the benefits of Citrulline are attributed to its ability to increase blood arginine levels, with research suggesting that it may be more effective than arginine for this purpose.
Delivering 300mg of caffeine per scoop, you can be sure that with Wreckage Pre-Workout you will be alert and ready for anything your training session throws at you. Despite the fact that caffeine is far from a new and exciting ingredient, the fact still remains ... it works!
MusclePharm Wreckage Pre-Workout contains L-theanine, the specialised amino acid found in green tea. This reduces any potential side -effects from caffeine use, such as jiterriness and scattered focus. This ensures that you are calm and collected, yet fired up and ready for a carcking training session. After all, it's the calm energy that makes us feel superhuman in a good way.
Muscle Pharm don't stop there though. They've really gone the extra mile with this product, delivering specific nootropics, or brain boosters, such as Tyrosine, GPC and NeurofactorTM. Add in the specialised antioxidants found in Green Tea Leaf, and the herbal potency of Astragalus and Panax Notoginseng, and you've got a pre-workout that will make you feel a swell of dissapoinment when your session finishes.
Wreckage Pre-Workout is an epic inclusion to an already impressive MusclePharm product range. Delivering everything from increased muscle fullness to enhanced energy and clearer focus, this is the pre-workout that will get the job done every single time.

What is a Pre-Workout?
Pre-Workouts are powdered sports and exercise supplements that are added to water and consumed prior to engaging in physical activity. Pre-Workouts can come in liquid, tablet and capsule form. Typically, pre-workouts contain blends of ergogenic amino acids, nootropics, stimulants and sometimes herbal extracts, usually with added flavours and sweeteners to improve palatability.
Pre-workouts are designed to positively influence an array of biochemical reactions within the human body, aiming to enhance performance, recovery and even mood and focus. Some products also focus on muscle volumisation, enhancing the muscle-pump effect weight lifters experience. However, not all pre-workouts contain clinical dosages of ingredients. For instance, if clinical trials demonstrate that 5 grams of a substance is needed prior to exercise in order to deliver a set of benefits, this does not necessarily mean that all pre-workouts will contain this quantity.
