How to Use Dymatize Creatine
MAINTENANCE: Mix 1.5 to 2 tsp (3-5g) into water or a carbohydrate supplement and take once daily. For larger athletes, take 2-4 tsp (5 to 10g) daily. Always consume creatine with a full glass of fluid and maintain adequate hydration thoughout the day.
LOADING: 0.3g/kilogram (of ideal bodyweight) daily for 7 days. Take each dose with three to four times its equivalence in carbohydrate, such as dextrose, maltodextrin or waxy maize starch. This high dosage may be best split into three to four divided doses daily. You will need to significantly increase your fluid intake during this seven day loading phase.
