I have done the 15 day years ago, the 7 day and now about to do it all again on the 15 day. Always felt great and makes you feel accountable for your eating habits/drinking habits. Each time i was so ready for the detox that i went by the book to a tee. I love the product. I just put a post up on facebook as am starting another 15 day tomorrow so have given it the thumbs up to quite alot of people.
