How to Use Oxyshred Hardcore
Mix 1 Scoop (6.2g) into 300ml cold water and take 15 minutes before exercise. Alternatively, take first thing in the morning. If you are unsure of your caffeine sensitivity, start with 1/4 to 1/2 scoop taken before mid-day.
