Take 1 serving (1 scoop) of C4 Ripped with 180ml of water and consume 20 - 30 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed and you are looking for an additional boost of energy, take 1 additional serving (1 scoop) with an additional 180ml of water and consume before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. DO NOT TAKE WITHIN 6 HOURS OF ANY OTHER SOURCE OF CAFFEINE OR STIMULANTS.
