We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 21 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 21 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you
  • Print the label, attach it to your package, and send the item back

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping. There are no return shipping fees when you use the prepaid return label we provide.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 1 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
