Syn-Tec AAKG Arginine Alpha Keto Glutarate is a more potent form of the amino acid L-Arginine. Syn-Tec AAKG is a precursor to Nitric Oxide and plays an important role in the production of natural creatine. The release of Nitric Oxide causes vasodilation and a subsequent increase in blood flow and nutrients to muscle tissue for increased muscle pumps. A deficiency of Arginine could be seen in strength athletes due to its role in natural creatine production which may result in poor lean muscle growth and recovery.
