Chlorophyll  "natures green energy" is the green pigment in plants responsible for absorbing and transforming light energy (known as photosynthesis) into the chemicals and nutrients needed to sustain life. Chlorophyll has a similar molecular structure to haemoglobin which carries oxygen throughout the body which may explain chlorophyll's ability to enrich the blood and provide energy.

Swisse Chlorophyll is a natural internal deodoriser and cleanser which offers detoxification support. Due to its detoxifying effects on the bowel, liver and kidneys Swisse Cholorophyll helps eliminate harmful toxins from the body which can damage health. This action of eliminating toxins also provides support for weight loss as many toxins can be released into the body from fat cells. It also aids digestion allowing the body to process foods more efficiently to maintain a healthy weight.
