How to Use Total War Pre-Workout
Firstly access your tolerance by taking half a scoop prior to training. Once your tolerance has been assessed mix 1 scoop with 120 - 175ml of cold water 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
