How to Use Nutra-Life Magnesium Hi-Zorb

Adults take 3 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Children 14 years or older take 1 capsule daily.

Children 4-13 years take 1/2 capsule daily (separate capsule and mix powder with food or drink).
