Green Tea contains a range of potent polyphenols, including Epigallocatechin-3-0-gallate (EGCG). Many of Green Tea's health benefits are belived to be related to this potent natural phytochemical. Apart from supporting energy levels naturally, Green Tea may offer support for metabolic syndrome, obesity, Type II Diabetes and cardiovascular risk factors. Get Up and Go contains 540mg of Green Tea per tablet, equivalent to 270mg EGCG.

B Vitamins levels are closely regulated within the brain for a reason: they're extremely important! Many of these B Vitamins, such as folate and Vitamin B5 are maintained at much higher levels than the rest of the body. These essential vitamins serve a range of crucial functions, promoting enzyme activity necessary for neurotransmitter synthesis. In addition, B Vitamins are well known to support energy synthesis and assist with the management of stress.
