We aim to process orders on the same day they’re received if placed before midday, or the following business day. Dispatch happens daily on business days — 7 days a week! 💪

🚛 Delivery Methods

We use Australia Post’s EParcel service for most shipments — trusted by Aussies for being fast, reliable, and fully trackable (including PO Boxes). 🔍📍

If you ever feel your parcel is delayed, contact us on 1300 211 161 and we’ll help track it for you 📞.

⚡ Express Post Option

• ✔ Available on orders under 5 kg (incl. packaging).
• ❗ Parcels over 5 kg are sent via standard freight (no Express), and we’ll notify you by email before dispatch.
• 📫 Not all destinations are covered by Express Post — we can’t guarantee faster delivery for those areas.

💸 Shipping Costs

✔ FREE FREIGHT Australia‑wide on orders over $99 🚀

✳ Orders under $99 incur a flat $6 freight fee. 🧾

📨 Delivery Timeframes

• 📬 Small parcels sent via Express Post normally arrive within a few days Australia‑wide.
• 🚚 Larger parcels typically take 2–5 business days from dispatch.
• 📍 Regional, remote, NT, WA & Tasmania deliveries may take slightly longer due to transit distances. 🚐

🪖 DEFCOM & AFPO Delivery

Sportys Health offers FREE delivery for all DEFCOM members. Just enter your membership details when ordering. 📦✈️

Overseas Defence deliveries (under 2 kg) are also free — allow ~2–3 weeks transit. 🌏
