This product mixes like a dream. Make sure you put the water first and then the protein second. It is a little expensive but a nice product overall. After a workout it feels good, and I don't think that it is a placebo affect.

If you are using it for a meal replacement, it seems to work well for that also. Low carbs is also a plus :)

Tried a few bars, bought in-store and specifically sought out these ones in bulk. Because they are delicious...omg. The chocolate one is probably the best. it tastes a lot like a milky way; if you're in the market for fake chocolate (I'm a Dukan dieter) then this one is great.

Also, in terms of its effects it fills you up and reduces your appetite, I can't give any further scientifc analysis but I can tell you the cravings are gone. Plus it tastes awesome and this is difficult to find in many brands of fake chocolate.

Gave it a try and felt pumped the first time and had an excellent workout, however after repeatedly using C4 throughout the week my body built up a tolerance for it. Significantly more than the other pre-workout kickers I've used. I began to notice very difference in energy and focus but instead acne started appearing on the face and body. Overall I'd rate this 1.5/5 stars.

They are very yummy! They take away my 'need' for chocolate, and if I'm really hungry and could eat a ridiculous amount of food, I eat 2 bars, - and I'm not hungry anymore! Saves me lots of calories!!
