The protein in this bar is equivalent to 1.5 eggs or having 1 cup of milk and the carbohydrates are equivalent to having a quarter of an avocado. The fibre content is equivalent to 4.3 Weet-Bix and the fat content is the same as eating 5 almonds. Burn Thermogenic Protein Bars are next on our Top 5 Protein Bars of 2016 list. These protein bars come from an Australian Brand called Maxine’s which is the female side of the brand Max’s. This protein bar will give you roughly 14.7 g of protein per bar and 2.1 g of carbohydrates. The protein level in this bar is equivalent to 2.45 eggs and the carbohydrates is the same as having 1/6th of a slice of bread. The Burn Thermogenic Bars also contain extra ingredients to help you with your weight management goals. These extra ingredients to help you with weight management include L-Carnitine and also Phaseolamin.
