Rule 1 Pre Amino

Rule 1 Pre Amino from Rule 1 Proteins contains a blend of eleven different amino acids, each selected for their unique roles, and naturally sourced caffeine from green tea and green coffee extracts. It contains a 2:1:1 ratio of branched chain amino acids (BCAAS), totalling 2.5 grams per scoop, which aids in muscle performance and helps to stimulate muscle protein synthesis—an important aspect of muscle healing after exercise, which realistically starts during training (your body does not wait until you finish training before it starts the healing process!) (1). In addition, this product also contains Beta-Alanine, a rate-limiting amino acid to the Carnosine synthesis process. Carnosine is a muscle-specific dipeptide that buffers lactate and has an antioxidant effect (2). This means that Beta-Alanine may help to reduce lactate burn during high reputation weight training and aerobic exercises, and may even be useful for conditions such as fibromyalgia. Betaine Anhydrous, or Trimethylglycine, is a compound originally isolated from beetroot, and contains three methyl groups and one glycine molecule. This compound may help to boost maximal oxygen uptake, thus supporting aerobic capacity.

Additionally, Rule 1 Pre Amino contains the Nitric Oxide booster L-Citrulline, which has been shown to elevate serum Arginine levels better than Arginine itself! Arginine is then used by the enzyme Nitric Oxide Synthase for the manufacture of Nitric Oxide, which assists in blood circulation and delivery of the all-important oxygen and nutrients to muscle tissue during training. Taurine, Lysine, Phenylalanine and Threonine are also in this product to improve exercise performance, mood and subjective energy levels. Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that is used for the synthesis of Tyrosine, which can be used for the biosynthesis of the catecholamines Dopamine, Noradrenaline and Adrenaline, which aid in energy and boosting mood.

Naturally sourced caffeine from Green Tea and Green Coffee has been added to this powerhouse formula to improve energy levels and mood and assist with focus and concentration. Green Tea and Green Coffee are also notoriously effective fat burners, being natural sources of epigallocatechin-3-0-gallate (EGCG) and chlorogenic acids, respectively, as well as providing high levels of antioxidants to support cellular health and recovery from exercise, particularly aerobic.

Rule 1 Pre Amino is the perfect addition to your workout routine that aims to make training that much more effective and enjoyable. Alternatively, it may be taken during the day for an energy boost or when extra focus or concentration is needed.
