Maxine’s XT Burn Energise

*Increases thought-clarity and mental drive

*Boost energy

*Naturally assists the metabolism

*Reduces muscle catabolism

Maxine’s XT Burn Energise contains a carefully selected combination of ingredients that aims to boost fat-burning, focus and energy levels-and who doesn’t want that? Within each scoop there is a blend of three different Carnitine types, Capsicum Extracts and Green Coffee (rich in chlorogenic acid). These ingredients support the metabolism, helping to increase thermogenesis and the rate at which you burn calories, no matter what you do-however, sitting on the couch with your favourite soap opera and a bag of chips might work against the process! Of course, there is a natural synergism between eating right, exercising and taking metabolic assistants. And when this balance is achieved, the sky is the limit!

Carnitine is an amino acid naturally produced in the body, which has the biological role of transporting certain fatty acids into the cell to be burned for energy. This means that Carnitine may also enhance your natural energy reserves and support fat burning at the same time, which most would not be too disappointed about! The Green Coffee Bean contained within the formula has an excellent antioxidant effect, which may be why scientists always seem to find health benefits from coffee drinking. It may also help to mop up the free-radials that are naturally produced during aerobic exercise. The L-Leucine contained may also support thermogenesis.

Maxine’s XT Burn Energise contains a clinically proven ratio of branched chain amino acids at 2:1:1 and the conditionally essential amino acid L-Glutamine. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are an excellent muscle fuel source, to help you powerful through your chosen activity, that also reduce the catabolism or breakdown of muscle tissue during stressful times, which, in this case, is physical exercise. L-Leucine can actually help to work against stress-induced cortisol increases that happen during strenuous physical activity. L-Glutamine is called a conditionally-essential amino acid, as the body cannot produce enough under certain circumstances. L-Glutamine helps to support immune function and is also considered to be an important brain fuel, and is also helpful for stomach and intestinal healing. Having a pure L-Glutamine source in powder form is helpful to by-pass the bodies own manufacturing, which may not be able to keep up when undergoing strenuous training programs, not to mention managing work and home life!
