HOW DOES IT WORK? The 3 high Biological Value (BV) proteins - whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and calcium caseinate found in Muscle delivers a wide range of amino acids to help promote muscle gains.
Whey Protein Isolate is a derivative of milk protein. It is the best choice for rapid calorie consumption as the body can digest the short chains and peptides very quickly (about 30 minutes). Fast-acting proteins like Whey Protein Isolate provide the necessary amino acids for building and retaining muscle tissue.
Whey Protein Concentrate quickly replenishes the body with BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) for the repair and building of lean muscle tissue. It also contains bio-active protein subfractions to increase muscle mass and minimise body fat.
Calcium Caseinate is a slow absorbing protein (between 2 - 7 hours) that provides a steady release of amino acids to fuel your body. Calcium Caseinate continues to feed your muscles long after whey proteins have been absorbed so your body will keep on growing.
This combination of proteins will provide your body with the necessary fuel to kickstart your body growth and also maintain your weight gain.

Each serving of Muscle is equivalent to one main meal. Muscle's convenience and great taste makes it ideal for everyday use.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Mix 60 grams or 3 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of light milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts, yoghurts to increase the protein and energy content. Take two times a day.
Best taken in between meals and/or within 45mins after an intensive workout.
