SUPER FAST RELIABLE DELIVERY
Here at Sportys Health we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed on the day they are ordered and dispatched from our store at any one of three courier pick-up times that we have daily.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
At Sportys Health we use the most efficient, fast, safe and reliable forms of freight to ensure that you the customer, have an enjoyable experience when shopping with us. Small parcels that fit in either an A4 or A3 express post parcel are sent via that means. We have found that this is an extremely fast and reliable service. Larger parcels are sent via Fastway Courier service or Australia Post's Registered Post division. This way small and large parcels can be traced in transit to ensure we create a virtually seamless process between you ordering and us getting your order to you in a very prompt fashion.
FREIGHT COSTS
Please note that all orders over $50.00 are sent out FREE FREIGHT to any destination in Australia. Orders that are under $50.00 are charged $6.00 freight. Please keep in mind that if you are close to the $50.00 mark it is cheaprer to buy a Sportys Health Shaker which costs you $5.00 than to pay freight.

Please ensure that you regularly maintain accurate contact details including both work and mobile contact numbers so we can easily contact you should a problem arise with your order. At Sportys Health we carry a massive amount of stock so typically we have all items instock virtually at all times.
FREIGHT PROBLEMS
Should you have any concerns about your order or if a delivery has taken longer than anticipated please contact us immediately via our

section of the website and we will track your parcel and keep you as informed as possible on how it is progressing through the freight system.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please remember as all small parcels go via express post most small orders will be received anywhere in Australia within a few days with very few exceptions. For larger orders most deliveries take 1-3 days from when we process the order. As we are a Gold Coast based business, most parcels sent to towns between Sydney and Mackay will take only 24hrs in transit. Areas outside of this area will typically take only 1-2 extra working days in Queelsland, NSW, and Victoria with the exception of country areas which may take slightly longer. Deliveries to the Northern Territory, WA and Tasmania that are large orders and can not be sent express post typicaly take one working week for delivery as they need to be transported via road.
DEFCOM MEMBERS AND DELIVERY TO AFPO ADDRESSES
All DEFCOM memebers are entilted to FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Please ensure that on registering you fill in the membership box and change it to DEFCOM and quote you PMKeys or DEFCOM card number. Please note that for all overseas orders to Defence personnel, the orders need to be for products that have a gross weight of under 2kg including packaging. You can order numerous parcels as long as they are under 2kg per item the entire order is sent FREIGHT FREE. As we have sent numerous orders to all Defence destinations we know it typically takes 2-3 weeks to get to most locations.
