Creatine Monohydrate
Musashi Creatine Recovery Stack provides Creatine Monohydrate which will not only replenish depleted stores of ATP in the muscle following exercise, it also assists in the rapid reproduction of ATP in the muscles to fuel power energy needed for workouts. When muscles are in use ATP is broken down into ADP (adenosine diphosphate) and phosphate which releases the energy to power muscles however this is only a short burst of energy. The addition of creatine allows ADP to be converted back to ATP which allows for sustained power output on repetative maximal exercise. Increases in power energy can result in increased repetitions with greater weight resulting in more muscle stimulation.

L-Glutamine
