Musashi Create is a raspberry flavoured Essential Amino Acid Blend containing the 8 essential amino acids with L-Arginine. These amino acids are termed "essential" as they cannot be synthesised in the body and must be obtained from the diet or supplements.
Increased stress on the body such as strenuous exercise increases the demand for the essential amino acids making Musashi Create an important supplement for athletes and sports people.
