This product mixes like a dream. Make sure you put the water first and then the protein second. It is a little expensive but a nice product overall. After a workout it feels good, and I don't think that it is a placebo affect.
If you are using it for a meal replacement, it seems to work well for that also. Low carbs is also a plus :)
