| Because you obviously have a very fast metabolism it would be worth looking at Body Science Rapid Growth, Musashi Bulk, BSN True-Mass, Body Science Super Mass, Horleys Awesome Mass or Maxs Mass Gainer Pro-Xtreme. All of these have large serving sizes and are high in calories which helps you input more energy than you burn up. This is what you need to gain weight and as you are very lean I would recommend the take it 3 times per day on days you exercise and twice per day on days you do not exercise.
Please also look at our diet section on the top of the website as it has a diet for lean weight gain. By eating right and taking the correct nutritional supplements you should get very good results. It is also worth looking at either AST HSC (creatine product) or Body Science Myocytin as they are very good weight gaining forms of creatine. Combining this with a good diet and protein powder will again increase your success at gaining good amounts of muscle.
