Gen-Tec Nutrition Pro-Lean is an advanced high protein meal replacement which combines Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate and Casein - fast, medium and slow digesting proteins with other specific ingredients to assist muscle recovery, promote lean muscle mass and support fat loss.
Gen-Tec Nutrition Pro-Lean combines L-Carnitine to help burn fat as a fuel source for muscles, Hydroxy Citric Acid to assist with appetite suppression and to inhibit excess carbohydrates being stored as fat and Chromium picolinate to reduce sugar cravings with Colostrum to improve digestion and enhance immunity and L-Glutamine to prevent muscle catabolosim and assist muscle recovery.

Gen-Tec Nutrition Pro-Lean Instructions:
Use Pro-Lean immediately after all intensive training. Can also be used between meals or before bed as a high protein supplement.
Use according to body weight:
Under 70kg - 2 scoops per serve
Between 70kg-100kg - 3 scoops per serve
Over 100kg - 4 scoops per serve
