Gen-Tec Nutrition Macro Whey is an advanced protein formula combining a synergistic blend of ingredients including instantised Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Micellar Casein (fast, medium and slow absorbing protein blend), Creatine and L-Gluamine to provide a sustained release of muscle-building amino acids into the bloodsteam to boost performance and assist lean muscle gains and recovery.

Use Macro Whey immediately after training. Can also be used between meals or before bed as a high protein supplement.
Use as follows according to body weight:
Under 70kg - 2 scoops per serve
Between 70kg-100kg - 3 scoops per serve
Over 100kg - 4 scoops per serve
Mix 1 scoop of Gen-Tec Nutrition Macro Whey to 80ml water or milk.
