Floradix Herbal Iron Tonic Directions:
Children 1-5 yrs - 1 level metric teaspoon (5ml) daily.
Children 6-12 yrs - 1 level metric teaspoon (5ml) 2-3 times daily, preferably before meals.
Adults and Children 13 yrs and older - 2 level metric teaspoons (10ml) 2 times daily 30 minutes before morning and/or evening meals.
