Cytosport Monster Milk is a sustained release protein formula designed to assist monster lean muscle gains. It contains a massive 50g of protein per serve which is a comibnation of fast-absorbing whey protein isolates with slower absorbing caseins to create a long-lasting anabolic environment.
Cytosport Monster Milk contains high levels of L-Glutamine and BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) to prevent muscle catabolism and assist recovery, Kre-Alkalyn to maximise creatine's uptake to muscle cells with LeanLipids (Essential Fatty Acids) to provide energy for muscle growth. Cytosport Monster Milk also contains the enzyme complex Aminogen to assist protein absorption and utilisation.
Cytosport Monster Milk Instructions:
Mix 2 scoops in 500-600ml of water.
Take 1 serving immediately following a workout.
Cytosport Monster Milk can be used 60-90 minutes prior to a workout to create an anabolic environment.
All round use - take 1 serving anytime you would use a shake or gainer.
Can be used before bedtime so you wake up more anabolic.
