BonVit Psyllium Husk Powder Smooth Texture Instructions:
Take 5g (1 5ml metric spoonful) once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (150ml) of water or juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful.
Drink plenty of water.
If not swallowed immediately a gel will form, which you can eat, mixed with yoghurt, fruit or breakfatst cereal.
Children under 8-12 years - only on medical advice, give 2.5g (half 5ml metric spoonful) of BonVit Psyllium Husk once a day mixed as above.
