Body Science NitroVol is an advanced muscle growth and recovery protein / carbohydrate / creatine / glutamine plus formula to maximise lean muscle growth. This multi purpose formula rapidly increases blood amino acid concentrations whilst simultaneously providing anticatabolic effects via the more gradual digestion and absorption of its 'slow' protein components.

Body Science NitroVol combines both fast absorbing protein to rapidly increase blood amino acid concentrations (anabolic effect) whilst the gradual digestion of the slow absorbing casein provides an anticatabolic environment whilst the addition of low glycaemic index carbohydrates may assist in the replenishment and maintenance of glycogen stores. Creatine is thought to create an anabolic signal, thereby stimulating protein synthesis by increasing cellular hydration. Creatine may also stimulate muscle growth by increasing workout intensity due to its ability to regenerate ATP leading to a more sustained power output during repetative maximal exercise. NitroVol also contains L-Glutamine the most abundant amino acid found in skeletal muscle. The stores of this important amino acid may become depleted with strenuous exercise and is therefore necessary to enhance recovery and repair of muscle tissue and to prevent muscle catabolism (breakdown).

Body Science BSc NitroVol Directions:
Add 80g (4 scoops) into shaker or blender with 400mls of water, juice or non-fat milk. Consume 2 scoops 30 minutes before training and 4 scoops 20 minutes post-training.
