Body Science BSc Myocytin Hardcore has been independently tested and shown to be superior to standard creatine. Creatine must be absorbed into the bloodstream and then transported into the muscle tissue before it can used to boost athletic performance. Add 40g (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons) of Body Science BSc Myocytin Hardcore into 300ml of water and stir.
6 Day loading protocol for use with Body Science BSc Myocytin Hardcore:
Days 1 to 6 - Take 60g of Myocytin Hardcore in divided doses at 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm.
Day 7 - Take 40g of Myocytin Hardcore once daily, immediately after training.

Post-Loading Protocol:
Next 3 weeks - Take 40g of Body Science BSc Myocytin Hardcore once daily immediately after training.
Next 2 weeks - Break from Myocytin Hardcore, continue with normal training.
