Blackmores Vitex agnus-castus has been used traditionally for the relief of premenstrual symptoms (including premenstrual acne), and irregularities of the menstrual cycle, by helping to maintain healthy hormonal balance.
Blackmores Vitex agnus-castus inhibits the release of FSH (Follicle-stimulating hormone), and stimulates the release of LH (Luteinising hormone), resulting in higher levels of progesterone. Low levels of progesterone can contribute to premenstrual symptoms such as tension, irritability, anxiety and other mood changes. Blackmores Vitex agnus-castus may help relieve breast-pain and swelling associated with fluid retention.

Adults - Take 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
