Blackmores Nails, Hair & Skin contains a clinically trialled dose of Biotin which may strengthen soft, brittle nails and reduce breaking and splitting. Improvements in nail strength and thickness have been observed in clinical trials after 12 weeks.
Blackmores Nails, Hair & Skin also combines Silica, which is concentrated in all connective tissue where it contributes to collagen formation with Horsetail a plant source of silica. Zinc has been added to maintain the structural integrity of the nails, hair and skin, whilst vitamin C is important in the production of collagen.
